Dear Friends,
As many of you may know, I currently serve in the United States Army Reserve, as a family physician. It is with great regret to have to inform you that I shall be leaving A to Z Primary Care, unexpectedly, to complete military obligations and commitments.
I shall be transferring your care to Dr. Frank D’Alessandro, located beneath my office location at 2 Wake Robin Road, in Lincoln, and his East Side location at 1195 North Main Street, Providence. He will serve as the custodian of all of your medical records and future primary care needs. His full service primary care practice will continue to deliver the quality and continuity of care previously provided at our practice.
Dr. Z and his staff at Asthma and Allergy Physicians of Rhode Island will continue to be able to meet your needs for all asthma; allergy; and sick-visit concerns at all of their locations to include Lincoln; Providence; Johnston; and Warren offices.
I wish all of you much success and good health in the future and thank each of you for allowing me the opportunity to care for you and your families.
